About Dare to Lead™

Anyone who wants more courage in their lives can benefit from attending the Dare to Lead™ programme facilitated by Kirsty Maynor.  This three day courage-building programme, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, is an empirically based courage building programme.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable and observable.  Kirsty delivers the full programme both in-person in Edinburgh, Scotland and online.

Other workshop topics include:

  • Daring Leadership™

  • Building your courage

  • Creating your own career path

  • Resilience

  • Finding your purpose and values

  • Well-being in the 21st century

  • Self care for women

Kirsty’s workshops are upbeat, motivational and inspiring.  Attendees will be talking about them long after the event.
